Answering Service:
WSEMS dispatchers are on duty around the clock answering calls and scheduling routine transports. In addition to the dispatch activities our center performs medical answering service functions for other organizations and offices including Spirit Physicians Services Inc., and Comfort Care. Our answering service activities specialize in medical activities and answering service charges are based on flat rates with no “pay per call” variables.
